Ingredients
50ml Sapling Gin
10ml Lemon Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
Topped with soda

Glass
Highball

Garnish
Dehydrated Lemon & Fresh Rosemary

Method
Add ice into a highball glass. Measure the ingredients and pour straight into the glass. Top with soda and garnish with a dehydrated slice of lemon and a sprig of rosemary.
