Light Up your Sapling Tree

Ingredients
20ml Coffee Liqueur
15ml Gingerbread Syrup
Layer Oatly on top
Garnish with a Cinnamon stick

Method: Using a Rocks glass, build the first 3 ingredients. Then add cubed ice and slowly pour over the Oatly cream, using a spoon, to layer on top.

If you want to elevate your Christmas cocktail, you can smoke the glass by setting the cinnamon stick alight and putting the glass over it to let the smoky aromas fill the glass.

A Holly Jolly Sapling

Ingredients:
50ml Cranberry Juice
Topped up with Double Dutch Cranberry and Ginger Tonic
Garnish: Sprigs of rosemary. You can freeze the cranberries inside the ice cubes for an extra wow factor!

Method: Fill your Highball glass with the cranberry filled ice and sprigs of rosemary. Add the gin and cranberry juice and then top up with the tonic. This also is a perfect sharing cocktail, so you can fill a jug with the correct quantities for your occasion!

Not Buck’s Fizz

Ingredients
10ml Sugar Syrup
10ml Lemon Juice
Topped up with English Sparkling Wine
Garnish: Grated Orange peel and granulated Sugar, and a sprig of rosemary

Method: Shake the first 3 ingredients together and then double strain into your flute glass. Top up with your favourite English Sparkling Wine and finish with a sprig of rosemary.

For the garnish, grate your orange peel and mix together with granulated sugar. On a plate, turn your flute glass upside down and gently press it into the mixture so that it sticks to the rim of the glass.

We hope you have a tree-lly extraordinary holiday season.
