50ml Sapling Climate Positive Vodka
50ml Oatly Cream
20ml Cinnamon Syrup
Garnish:
Marshmallows & Dark Chocolate
Method:
In a rocks glass, add in ice. Pour in the Sapling Vodka, Cinnamon Syrup and the Oatly Cream. Give it a healthy stir so all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Alternatively you can add all ingredients to a shaker and get shaking.
With Beetlejuice as our cocktail inspiration this Hallloween we used melted dark chocolate to create stripes, and used green food dye to make our marshmallows a bit more spooky looking.

40ml Sapling Climate Positive Vodka
20ml Red Apple Cordial
Add a pinch of matcha (optional)
Top with Double Dutch Cranberry & Ginger Tonic

Method:
In a highball glass, add in ice. Pour in the Sapling Vodka, Red Apple Cordial
double strain into glass then top with tonic.
*For the garnish you have a few different options. We made green kale chips at home so we could snack whilst making these delicious cocktails. Another option is to get some crispy seaweed from you local Chinese takeaway or buy some seaweed crisps from the supermarket.

Sapling Pumpkin Spritz cocktail recipe
40ml Sapling Gin
50ml Pumpkin & Nutmeg Juice*
10ml Lime Juice
Topped with Sparkling Water Ice

*To make some yummy homemade Pumpkin & Nutmeg Juice you'll need:
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh pumpkin (peeled and cubed, keep the peel)½ tsp ground nutmeg or fresh grated nutmeg
2-3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
3 cups water
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (
Instructions:
- Prep the Pumpkin: Peel and cube the fresh pumpkin. You can also roast it for a deeper flavour, but raw works fine too.
- Blend: Add the pumpkin cubes to a blender along with the water (or coconut water). Blend until smooth.
- Strain (optional): For a smoother juice, strain the mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth. If you like it pulpy, you can skip this step.
- Add Nutmeg: Stir in the nutmeg and adjust the quantity based on your preference for spiciness.
- Sweeten & Serve: Add honey or maple syrup if desired, and stir in the lemon juice to balance the flavors. Serve chilled or over ice.
To make this cocktail as zero waste as possible don't throw away the peel of the pumpkin. Instead you can make crisps out of them but removing any excess moisture from them with a kitchen towel. Add some seasoning and a dash of oil to the peel. But them in the oven or airfryer on a low heat and watch yourself make some delicious zero waste treats that make for an impressive garnish for you sustainable cocktail.
Method:
Now that you have all your ingredients prepped it the final and simplest step left. Build all ingredients in glass over ice, give it a gentle stir before garnishing with you homemade pumpkin crisp. Climate positive and delicious indeed!
