Exciting Progress at Sapling HQ
Since January we have been busy making the most of the end of the planting season, which in the UK runs until the beginning of April. Partnered with the amazing Trees for Cities, we have been focusing on urban planting projects that are essential to the prosperity of our cities. In the last two months we have planted hundreds of trees in London parks, as well as a number of trees in urban schools. Not only do these trees contribute to removing air pollution from the area but they also reconnect locals with nature through the fruits that they bear.
April also saw the planting of our 2000th tree! Progress indeed.
We have also had the pleasure of partnering with a number of incredible events. This started with the BAFTAs in February, in which we planted 40 trees on their behalf. Next we were honoured with a feature in GQ magazine's article on The Best Vodkas in the World. Check us out here to see Sapling lined up against the great and the good of the vodka industry!
As recently as last week we were also given the opportunity to provide the drinks and plants trees for the House and Garden Top 100 Designers annual party.
Thanks you, Conde Nast, and we hope to work with you again in the near future!
We are now busy focusing on the summer where we are running a Bees and Trees bar at a number of music festivals around the UK, including Cornbury, and Run Fest Run. As well as planting trees, we will be working with honey whiskey brand Beeble to help fund their bee conservation activities! Come down and grab a sustainable cocktail if you can.
Love,
The Sapling Team
