Where to find a Sapling Cocktail this autumn

As the evenings draw in and the leaves start to turn, UK Vodka Day lands right on cue on 4th October. So, we're going to be sharing the best places to toast the changing season with our favourite Sapling tipples.

We're going into the season of long evenings, candlelit corners and one more round. And there's no better way to spend them than somewhere cosy with a really good cocktail in hand.

Here's where you'll find us:

A Sapling Martini at Dove

Jackson Boxer's restaurant, nestled in the heart of Notting Hill, is known for its famous gorgonzola burger (only 10 made a day!). We love to drink their clean, ice-cold classic Sapling vodka Martini. If you choose to enjoy Sapling gin - we won't tell!

A Cosmopolitan at Heckfield Place

At Heckfield Place they've used our Sapling vodka to make a zero waste citrus vodka in a super sustainable Cosmopolitan, using ingredients from the surrounding farm at the hotel.

A Dirty Martini at Straker's

At Thomas Straker's famous restaurant on Golborne Road, order a briny, bold Sapling Martini and spend an evening slowly sipping on their terrace.

An Aperol Sour at ACRE

Wade at ACRE has made the Aperol Sour, the final taste of summer, using Aperol and Sapling vodka. The result is creamy, citrusy and seriously moreish.

An Olive Grove Martini at ACRE

ACRE is known for its martinis, and we're proud to be in its Olive Grove Martini, a briny medley of pickle juice, olive juice and naturally smooth Sapling vodka. Garnished with a huge olive, extra virgin olive oil and pepper - this is a must-try.

A Vesper Martini at Vesper

Vesper, a new opening in Exmouth Market, includes Sapling Vodka and Gin in its namesake cocktail, the Vesper Martini. A simple three-ingredient classic that relies on the smoothest spirits to make it shine.
