trees planted in our projects across the UK and abroad
tonnes of future carbon absorbed through our trees
bottles saved through our refills
commited to a better future
Spirits comes from the earth, so sustainability has to start with the
grain. We ferment our base spirit using Wildfarmed regenerative organic wheat.
Bit of a mouthful, huh. In short, our farming methods create a more healthy, living soil, while capturing loads of CO2. It also massively increases biodiversity.
Our bars and restaurants use 5 litre eco boxes so that our bottles can be refilled and reused.
Bottles are hugely carbon intensive to create so by eliminating glass waste we are reducing our carbon footprint by around 37%.
One eco box saves 7 bottles from ever being created.
1 bottles uses about 1.03kg to produce. Our eco boxes have saved over 17,400kg of CO2 from entering the atmosphere.
Our bottles are made from up to 40% recycled glass, are 100% recyclable, and our corks are completely natural.
Climate positive and delicious? Cheers.
We always come back to our planting projects. Its why we exist - to tackle climate change through reforestation and regeneration.
A tree for every bottle. We have our own tree nursery where trees are grown from seed and planted around the UK. Outside of the British planting season we work with amazing charities abroad to keep up to speed with all of you wonderful drinkers.
We get our raw materials from as local as possible to our distillery in the Cotswolds. Our wheat comes from less than 50 miles away. Our bottles are bought from France and decorated near Birmingham (we are working on getting our own glass blown from the UK).
We encourage a zero waste philosophy in all of the bars we work with. We work with chefs and bartenders to develop zero waste cocktails in establishments across the UK.
Make sure to look out for them when you are out and about.
